Prior to our consult you will receive a welcome email with instructions and a questionnaire for creating your case history.
We will discuss present and past symptoms of you or your child, eating habits, your environment etc.
As a result of consult, you will receive a list of required medical tests you need to take in third-party labs.
SECOND CONSULTATION
90 minutes for $450.00
Office visit or Phone / WhatsApp consult
We will discuss results of your medical tests.
As a result of consult, you will receive a personalized meal plan for you or your child.
Once-a-week personal follow up for 3 months included.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
30 minutes for $50.00
